Following a severe storm with strong wind gusts, my home's roof suffered shingle damage that required inspection and repair. I contacted AM Roofing and Siding, LLC. after business hours, fully expecting to leave a voicemail, assuming most roofing contractors were receiving a high volume of similar calls.To my surprise, Aaron answered the phone personally. He immediately reassured me that he would come assess the damage within a few days. True to his word, he arrived just two days later and thoroughly explained the insurance claim process. Since the cost of repairs exceeded my deductible, his guidance in navigating the claim was extremely helpful.During his visit, I also requested an estimate for new gutters. Two months later, both projects have been completed, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. The roof was installed in a single day, and the gutters were completed in approximately three hours. The quality of workmanship on both projects appears exceptional.What impressed me most throughout the process was Aaron's communication and customer service. Although it wasn't required, he periodically checked in during the waiting periods to ensure no additional issues had developed with the roof. He was always responsive, answered my questions promptly, and kept me informed every step of the way.From the initial phone call to the final installation, the entire experience exceeded my expectations.Having never been through this before, I would HIGHLY recommend Aaron and his team at AM Roofing and Siding, LLC. to anyone in need of roofing or gutter services.

Am really took care of us. The guys were professional and courteous. They answered any questions we had to make sure there was no concerns on our part. The workers arrived early and stayed as late as possible so they could get the job done quickly and with minimal inconvenience to us. They had the roof removed and installed in 1 1/2 days and they left the work area clean. I was pleased to find that there was no debris or damage to the flowers and beds. Awesome experience and will definitely recommend using Am Roofing and Siding. The pics do not do them justice and sorry no before pics.

I cannot say enough amazing things about this business, Aaron, Mitch, and Ryan!!! They helped me through every step of the process, including dealing with my insurance and were so incredibly timely. Mitch even came out on EASTER SUNDAY to get a sample of my siding to send to insurance. They were very open, honest, and transparent every step of the way. AM Roofing was the first call we made when we had a hole in our roof and Mitch made it out the same day to cover and tarp the damage. Aaron and Mitch knew I was on a tight timeline and we were very urgent about the whole process. I cannot recommend this business enough. On top of it all, they are just very kind, professional stand up guys! They did a phenomenal job!!!

The most reasonable and transparent quote we received after having wind / storm damage that our insurance company wouldn’t cover. After speaking with Aaron and him answering all of our questions we decided to go with a new roof instead of repair. Whole process from quote to getting the new roof on was less than 2 weeks. Results look beautiful and Aaron was great to work with!10/10 would recommend.

They came promptly and repaired some roof shingles that were torn up, in a wind storm. We have a very high and dangerous roof. I couldn't thank them enough. Great job John.

Great Guys and Great work they were professional and got the job done way before expected. If your in the muakingum area or even outer areas and need a service these guys offer get with them ASAP you will not regret it they do great work and they get it done they dont play around.

Crew that came worked from the Crack of dawn untill 11 they are absolute machines and perfectionist, extremely polite and I made sure I shook every workers hand before they left. You want your roof done fast and right call these guys cuz if they can impress me im sure they will impress you.

I highly recommend Am roofing. The workers were so friendly. They did a fabulous job on our roof. They also cleaned up their mess when they were finished which is greatly appreciated because I have 2 dogs. I will definitely use them again when I need more work done❤️
